2 SMS Program Description
Mile High Automations LLC operates the following SMS communication programs:

- Appointment & Booking Confirmations: SMS messages confirming scheduled discovery calls, demo appointments, or consultations with Mile High Automations staff.
- Client Service Communications: Transactional SMS messages sent to existing clients regarding their automation systems, including system alerts, performance updates, and service notifications.
- AI System Demo Communications: SMS messages generated by Mile High Automations' demo AI inbound call system, sent to pre-consented demo participants to demonstrate the Speed to Lead automation product during sales demonstrations.
Important: Mile High Automations LLC does not send unsolicited bulk SMS messages to consumer lists. All SMS recipients are either existing business contacts, web form submitters, or individuals who have explicitly consented to receive demonstration messages.
3 How You Consent to Receive SMS
You may receive SMS messages from Mile High Automations LLC through one of the following consent mechanisms:

Mile High Automations LLC will never send SMS messages containing: unsolicited promotional content, adult content, hate speech, misleading information, or content that violates applicable laws or carrier guidelines.
5 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with Mile High Automations LLC:
- Business Development Outreach: Maximum 3 messages per contact over a 7-day period, then reduced to monthly check-ins if no response.
- Appointment Communications: Up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment — confirmation, 24-hour reminder, and 2-hour reminder.
- Demo Participants: 1-2 messages during the demonstration period only.
- Active Clients: Varies based on service tier — typically 2-5 messages per month for account communications.
You can always reply STOP to end all messages immediately regardless of the program or frequency.
6 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications from Mile High Automations LLC at any time using any of the following methods:

These charges are between you and your mobile carrier — Mile High Automations LLC has no control over carrier charges and is not responsible for them.

8 Privacy & Data Handling
Information We Collect: When you provide your phone number to Mile High Automations LLC, we collect your mobile phone number, your first name (if provided), and the context in which you provided your number (web form, direct contact, etc.).
How We Use Your Information: Your phone number is used solely for the purpose of sending SMS communications that you have consented to receive. We do not use your phone number for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

9 Third-Party Platforms & AI Disclosure
Mile High Automations LLC uses artificial intelligence technology in the delivery of some services. Specifically:
- AI Voice Technology (Vapi): Mile High Automations' demo system and client systems use Vapi-powered AI voice assistants to handle inbound phone calls. These assistants disclose that they are AI systems at the beginning of each call, as required by the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act and applicable regulations.
- AI Text Processing (Anthropic Claude API): Call transcripts from AI-handled calls are processed by Anthropic's Claude API for the purpose of generating lead summaries. Transcripts are processed in real time and are not stored by Mile High Automations LLC beyond the processing period.
- SMS Delivery (Twilio): All SMS messages are delivered through Twilio's platform. Twilio's use of data is governed by Twilio's Privacy Policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- CRM Platform (GoHighLevel): Contact information and communication history are stored in GoHighLevel's CRM platform. GoHighLevel's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy at gohighlevel.com.
