These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Mile High Automations LLC. For clients who have executed a signed service agreement, the terms of that service agreement govern the client relationship; these Terms & Conditions apply to general website use and inquiries.

2 Services Description

Mile High Automations LLC provides AI-powered automation consulting and implementation services for small businesses in the Denver metro area, including but not limited to:

• AI inbound call handling and voice automation systems
• Automated SMS lead follow-up and communication workflows
• CRM setup, configuration, and management
• Google Business Profile management and optimization
• Lead capture, nurturing, and pipeline automation
• Appointment booking and reminder automations
• Custom automation workflows using third-party platforms

Service availability, pricing, and specific deliverables are governed by individual service agreements. Information presented on this website about services and pricing is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer.

3 Website Use

You agree to use the milehighautomations.com website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

4 Accounts & Access

Certain services provided by Mile High Automations LLC may require access to third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, or Twilio) on behalf of a client. Such access is governed by the applicable service agreement and the terms of service of the relevant platforms.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to them and for all activities that occur under their accounts. Clients must notify Mile High Automations LLC immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

5 Payments & Billing

Payment terms for Mile High Automations LLC services are as follows:

• Setup fee: A one-time setup fee is charged at signing, prior to commencement of any build work. The setup fee is non-refundable once build work has begun.
• Monthly retainer: Monthly service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. The first monthly payment is collected at signing alongside the setup fee.
• Initial commitment: All service tiers require a 3-month initial commitment. Following the initial 3-month period, services continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Late payments: Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services. Mile High Automations LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
• Refunds: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once build work has commenced.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Mile High Automations LLC to charge your payment method for the agreed service fees on the applicable billing schedule.

6 Intellectual Property

Website content: All content on milehighautomations.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Mile High Automations LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

Automation systems: Automation workflows, system configurations, prompt templates, and methodologies developed by Mile High Automations LLC are proprietary. Clients receive a limited license to use the systems built for them for the duration of their service agreement. Underlying methodologies and templates remain the intellectual property of Mile High Automations LLC.

Client data: All data, content, and materials provided by clients remain the property of the client. Mile High Automations LLC acquires no ownership rights in client data and uses it solely to perform services under the applicable service agreement.

7 Disclaimers

The milehighautomations.com website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Mile High Automations LLC does not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

• Automation systems will achieve any specific business outcome or revenue result.
• Third-party platforms used to deliver services will remain available, unchanged, or free of outages.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mile High Automations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Mile High Automations LLC's total liability to any party for any claim arising from use of this website or services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by that party to Mile High Automations LLC in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

9 Indemnification
